Gifts over $20 CAD will be issued a receipt for income tax purposes.
Monthly giving is a convenient way to make your gift last a lifetime each month. A recurring gift to the Surrey Place Charitable Foundation will make a long-term impact by increasing our capacity to support our community members, expand our service offerings and support urgent care needs.

A Tribute and Memorial Gift is a beautiful way to say thanks to staff member or loved one, mark a special occasion or honour someone’s memory.
When you make a Tribute or Memorial Gift of $20 or more, the recipient will receive a letter that includes your name and a personalized message. We are also happy to keep the gift anonymous if you wish. The donation amount will be kept confidential. You will receive a receipt for income tax purposes.
While we are not a United Way member agency, you can designate all or a portion of your United Way contribution to Surrey Place Charitable Foundation. You can make a one-time gift or redirect a payroll deduction.
On the United Way pledge card, simply indicate that you would like to donate all or a percentage of your gift to us, Surrey Place Foundation in Toronto, and provide our Charitable Registration Number: 12905 3211 RR0001.
Please note that in order to maintain privacy, donations made through the United Way campaign are receipted by United Way, not the Surrey Place Charitable Foundation.
